A gifted individual with a career spanning close to 3 decades, including 13 years in the general contracting industry. Shane has been valuable because of his professional knowledge in the hospitality, commercial, and residential sectors. He is the founder of XANA International and currently serves as a the Co-Managing Partner of XANA Group. His professional approach is laced with his passion for delivering value to all clients. His strength is ensuring timely project completion, management, and operations. He has a no-room-for-error approach toward every project. His aviation training has enabled him to keep a hawk’s eye view over every detail of a project, from Start to Finish. In his own time, he enjoys playing golf and softball, taking vacations with his family, and spending quality time with his loved ones.

An accomplished all-around professional with 3 decades of experience. He is currently the Co-Managing Partner of XANA Group. He has been serving the general contracting industry with absolute panache, specializing in the business’s marketing, analysis and economics side. Mahmood comes from the hospitality industry; armed with an understanding of an owner’s perspective as he knows exactly what clients want to accomplish with their construction projects. He holds a Bachelor of Administrative Studies with Honors in Marketing from York University and an online certificate program in accounting, business analysis, and economics from Harvard University. Mahmood is currently based in Sanford, Florida at our new office as we have recently expanded. In his personal time, Mahmood is a family man, who spends quality time with his wife and children. He is an avid athlete, excelling in basketball, football, and hockey.
